Elliott’s journey in the financial sector has been marked by a series of prestigious roles, showcasing his deep understanding of the industry’s nuances, recognizing the immense potential as the finance industry reached a crucial inflection point, he founded Cubed, a visionary platform that predicts fintech failures and drives 10x growth in startup and scale up businesses.

Beyond the operating partner model and technology platform, Cubed is also an early stage investor and represents Elliott’s vision of switching the 75% failure rates in early stage companies to a 75% success rate and an increased rate of innovation in the industry.

Elliott’s expertise in Banking & Fintech has evolved through the major challenges and opportunities he encountered throughout his career. Notably, he served as the technology head for Citibank’s transaction banking business in EMEA, where he oversaw the strategy, delivery, and support of transaction banking services across 53 countries. His journey continued as the head of Corporate Banking for Finastra (formerly Misys), the world’s third-largest fintech company, providing him with valuable insights into growing a technology business, before putting his experience into the growth of 2 unicorns with Mambu as CCO where he was key to driving ARR growth from 10m to 130m & a stint at Feedzai as CRO where he reimagined their growth strategy.  With senior banking positions at Barclays, Travelex, and a Lloyds banking group subsidiary, as well as running his own consulting business and Payments advisory, Elliott has been at the forefront of banking technology, offering thought leadership and speaking at industry events worldwide as well as twice being recognised as a top 50 global industry influencer amongst other awards.
